It said the food was delivered but I didn’t receive any food

Arrived slightly early which was good . Asked for everything on it come with nothing. Ordered scottish box portion size is alot smaller than what it use to be couple of chips use to be worth it now not so much

Arrived on time fish supper big portion nice and fresh only think was they forgot the brown sauce

Delivered 20 mins late. Fish smelt off. Garlic sauce on the donner meat tastied cheap and curdled on top.quite dissapointed

In case my original message did not get through i am messaging again to ask for a refund because i did not received the takeaway ordered for 3 gollet way, torryburn last night. £26.67 was taken by PAYEAT and i received an email from noreply.weeorder.co.uk confirming the order but when i telephoned you 2 times you had not received.

Ordered at 5:20pm was suppose to be delivered by 6:30pm and now 9:10pm and no food what a joke trying to ring and the phone is off the hook absolutely shocking the service use to be good but lately it’s gone absolutely rubbish

I ordered a kebab the meat was not fresh and it was over cooked crispy edges

Donner meat had very dry bits throughout that you could not eat and that was with the garlic sauce. Paid £3.20 for a 1.5l bottle of juice and got a 1l bottle that you can pick up for a £1.

Baked potato was the smallest I have ever seen and there was very little filling. Considering the price - extremely bad value. The mixed meat calzone I felt ripped off as there was only doner meat in it no other meat at all - just a great deal of cheese. Not what I ordered or paid for??!!

This order was made 440pm by 540 I called restraint to see if order was processed I was told it had been cancelled.I now have an email at 623 saying my order is confirmed???? I hope my refund is processed quicker!!

Delivered 2 hours early. Asked for delivery at 7:30pm and it arrived at 5:30pm and there was a lot of uncooked dough in the calzone.

Food arrived freezing

Burnt crust top waver thin uncooked base tomato base unseasoned just puree worst not cut into slices and meat topping just slid of as the cheese has not mealted into the sauce to form base took pictures top and bottom where do upload jpeg

Food took 1h15min to arrive, despite website showing a 10 minute delivery time. If I had known it would have taken so long i wouldn’t have bothered. Usually order for collection, but was not an option when ordering directly.
